本文报道了106例经CT证实的自发性脑出血,对其CT和临床特点进行了分析,脑室出血组的死亡率(8.7％)稍低于未破入脑室组(12％)。脑叶出血的死亡率最高,血肿大於20cm~2时,患者有生命危险。
This article reports 106 cases of CT-confirmed spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage. The CT and clinical features were analyzed. The mortality rate in ventricular hemorrhage group (8.7%) was slightly lower than that in unvented ventricular group (12%). The highest mortality of lobar hemorrhage, hematoma greater than 20cm ~ 2, the patient’s life-threatening.
