1957年Guillemin首次用胰腺中段部分切除术以治疗慢性胰腺炎,取一W形空肠袢分别与胰腺的两切端作Roux Y型吻合。作者修改了手术操作,即缝合近胰头的切端,取一空肠袢与近胰尾的切端作RouxY型吻合。作者在1982年12月～1989年5月共用此手术治疗了14例胰腺颈部肿瘤或炎性肿块。全组
In 1957, Guillemin first used a partial resection of the pancreas to treat chronic pancreatitis, and a W-shaped jejunal fistula was used to perform Roux Y-type anastomosis with the two cut ends of the pancreas. The authors modified the surgical procedure by suturing the cut end of the proximal pancreas and taking a cut end of the jejunum fistula and proximal pancreatic tail for RouxY type anastomosis. The author shared this operation from December 1982 to May 1989 in the treatment of 14 cases of pancreatic neck tumor or inflammatory mass. Whole group
