健康人群 W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌免疫水平研究

目的调查健康人群W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌免疫水平,为制定含W135群流脑疫苗免疫程序提供依据。方法2011年在诸暨市按东西南北中选择5个乡镇/街道,分层随机抽取410名0~14岁无流脑病史和免疫史的本地健康儿童及同乡镇≥15岁健康居民并采集血样,用ELISA法检测W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌多糖抗体(Ig G)浓度,Ig G浓度≥2μg/m L为阳性。结果 410名儿童W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌抗体平均浓度为(1.46±0.25)μg/m L,抗体阳性率为4.63%。儿童W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌抗体浓度及阳性率在地区、性别差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。儿童各年龄组间抗体平均浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。15岁~组抗体浓度(1.63±0.28)μg/m L高于其他年龄组(P<0.05);1.5岁~组抗体浓度(1.37±0.19)μg/m L低于5岁~组(1.55±0.29)μg/m L(P<0.05),与0岁~组(1.50±0.25)μg/m L比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);60岁~组抗体浓度(1.29±0.20)μg/m L低于0岁~和5岁~组(P<0.05)。结论健康儿童的W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌免疫水平普遍较低,建议在适当的年龄开展含W135群流脑疫苗接种。 Objective To investigate the immunological status of Neisseria meningitidis in W135 group and to provide basis for establishing the immunization program of W135 group meningitis vaccine. Methods In 2011, 5 townships / sub-districts in Zhuji City were selected from east, west, north and south. 410 healthy children aged 0-14 years with no history of encephalitis and immunization history and healthy residents aged ≥15 years were collected randomly from different districts and collected blood samples. The concentration of Neisseria meningitidis polysaccharide antibody (Ig G) in the W135 group was detected by ELISA. Ig G concentration> 2μg / ml was positive. Results The average concentration of Neisseria meningitidis antibody in W135 group was (1.46 ± 0.25) μg / m L and the positive rate was 4.63%. Neisseria meningitidis antibody concentration and positive rate in children W135 group in the region, gender differences were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The average antibody concentration among children in all age groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Antibody concentration of 15 years old ~ (1.63 ± 0.28) μg / m L was higher than that of other age groups (P <0.05); antibody concentration of 1.5 years old group (1.37 ± 0.19) μg / m L was lower than that of 5 years old ~ 0.29) μg / m L (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference compared with that of 0-year-old group (1.50 ± 0.25) μg / / m L less than 0 years old and 5 years old group (P <0.05). Conclusion The immune status of Neisseria meningitides in W135 group is generally low in healthy children. It is suggested that W135 group meningitis vaccine should be given at the appropriate age.
