当前,初中学生综合素质采取“指标分解——赋值综合——等级评定”的评价方式,本质上还是一种“考试分数”的评价思路,在实践操作中存在诸多问题。初中学生综合素质应该而且可以评价,应进一步明晰初中学生综合素质评价的目标价值,即发掘学生的个性和优势潜能;重新设计初中学生综合素质评价思路;准确收集和记录初中学生综合素质评价证据;引入公示、问责和分权制,才能避免初中学生综合素质评价沦为“另一场分数的比拼”。
