杂菌污染是食用菌生产中经常碰到的问题。一般来说,在母种斜面试管培育中发生较少,而在原种、栽培种,以及大面积生产上发生较多,夏季为害特别严重。几年来,在防治杂菌污染方面,我们有以下几点体会: (一)科学使用优良菌种:优良菌种是食用菌获得高产优质的先决条件,但对优良菌种亦应重视科学保管和合理使用。从近20年来,我国农村食用菌生产几起几落的情况来看,尽管原因是多方面的,但让菌种无限制地传代,使其丧失原有优良性状,则是重要原因之一。为此,我们建议食用菌母种应
