本文针对心电图这种特殊的波形,比较了三种常用正交变换DFT(离散傅氏变换),DCT(离散余弦变换),DWT(离散沃尔什变换)的数据压缩性能;并根据数据压缩中所出现的特点和规律,提出了一种分段压缩和自适应压缩心电图数据的方法;同时,我们用一种新型国产器件——连续逻辑器件,实现了八点DCT高速变换,从速度和性能价格比上都为心电图实时处理的硬件实现提供了较好的方法和手段。
In this paper, for the special waveform of ECG, the data compression performance of three commonly used orthogonal transform DFT (Discrete Fourier Transform), DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) and DWT (Discrete Walsh Transform) are compared. According to the data compression We propose a method of piecewise compression and adaptive compression of ECG data.
