随着城市规模的扩大、机动化水平的提高、交通需求的增加,济南市城市交通拥堵现象日趋严重,城市交通环境日趋恶化。本研究在对济南市现状交通进行调研的基础上,客观分析了城市交通拥堵的成因;结合济南市实际情况,从规划角度在完善交通规划编制体系、强化规划管理、注重交通规划的实施、提高道路交通设施的交通容量、优先发展公共交通、实施交通需求管理等诸多方面,提出了缓解城市交通拥堵的具体对策措施。 With the expansion of urban scale, the enhancement of motorization level and the increase of traffic demand, the urban traffic jam in Ji’nan city is becoming more and more serious, and the traffic environment in urban areas is deteriorating day by day. Based on the investigation of the current traffic in Jinan, this study objectively analyzes the causes of urban traffic congestion. According to the actual situation in Jinan, we improve the traffic planning system, strengthen the planning and management, pay attention to the implementation of traffic planning, Traffic capacity of road transport facilities, giving priority to the development of public transport, and implementing traffic demand management, and put forward specific countermeasures to alleviate urban traffic congestion.
