据报载,某县采取每两年一轮歇岗等办法,分流学校教师2768名。读罢此消息,笔者不但疑虑颇多,而且忧心忡忡。当前教育系统存在的问题是:一方面人员总体超编,另一方面学科教学人员结构性短缺,想辞退的人辞不了,想进的人进不来,同时学校布局不尽合理,使有限的教育资源得不到充分利用。该县对教育系统人事制度改革及早动手,进行动员部署,实乃顺应改革潮流的明智之举。
According to reports, a county took a break every two years and other methods, shunting 2,768 school teachers. Reading this news, the author not only has many doubts but also worry. The current problems in the education system are: on the one hand, the overall staffing is overstaffed, on the other hand, there is a structural shortage of the subject teaching staff, people who want to dismiss can’t resign, people who want to enter can’t enter, and the school layout is not reasonable enough to make limited education.
