成都市被国家确立为全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区,坚持以科学发展观为指导、以统筹城乡发展为核心,大力推进政府行政管理体制改革:切实转变政府职能,建设规范化服务型政府;深化政府组织结构变革,构建适应统筹城乡发展的行政管理体制;健全行政运行机制,推进行政管理体制的城乡一体化;培育发展第三部门,完善统筹城乡发展的公共服务体系,等等。 Chengdu was established by the state as a national experimental area for comprehensive reform of urban and rural areas.
