再生障碍性贫血(简称再障)合并妊娠严重威胁母子生命,如不及时适当处理,母子预后恶劣。现将我院收治再障患者中合并妊娠的7例,报告如下: 临床资料 诊断依据 1.7例再障符合1981年廊坊会议制定的诊断标准,其中2例经中国医科院血研所病理室骨髓活检证实;2.妊娠均经产科检查证实。 年龄、病因 18～27岁者5例,31、36岁者 Aplastic anemia (referred to as aplastic anemia) combined with pregnancy serious threat to mother and child life, if not properly handled in time, poor prognosis of mother and child.
