Mom: If you have some questions,
you may ask your teacher.
Son: I asked, but my teacher
didn't tell me the answer.
Mom: When?
Son: When we took our exam yesterday.
You're welcome
Every day in Beijing I take a taxi to work and almost every taxi has the same electronic greeting:"Welcome to take Beijing taxi" which they think means "欢迎乘坐北京出租车".The problem is that in English "welcome" usually means "不客气".What they should say is "Thanks for taking Beijing taxi".
