目的:观察益母草碱对大鼠急性心肌缺血损伤血管舒缩功能及抗氧化作用的影响。方法:垂体后叶素腹腔注射诱导大鼠急性心肌缺血,放射免疫法测定血浆及心肌内皮素(ET)含量,硝酸还原酶法测定血清和心肌一氧化氮(NO)含量,黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定血清和心肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,硫代巴比妥酸法测定血清和心肌丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:益母草碱在一定剂量范围内能升高血中和心肌NO水平(P<0.01),降低ET含量(P<0.01),增加SOD活力和降低MDA含量(P<0.01),且存在量效关系。结论:益母草碱具有对抗垂体后叶素性急性心肌缺血损伤的作用,其机制可能与平衡血管舒缩功能、抗脂质过氧化等有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Leonurine on vasomotor function and antioxidation of acute myocardial ischemia in rats. METHODS: Acute myocardial ischemia was induced in rats by intraperitoneal injection of pituitrin. Plasma and myocardial endothelin (ET) levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. Serum and myocardial nitric oxide (NO) levels were determined by nitrate reductase method. Xanthine oxidase The activity of serum and myocardial superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured and the thiobarbituric acid method was used to determine serum and myocardial malondialdehyde (MDA) content. RESULTS: Leonurine could increase the levels of NO in blood and myocardium (P<0.01), decrease the content of ET (P<0.01), increase the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA (P<0.01). relationship. Conclusion: Leonuridine has an effect on pituitrin-induced acute myocardial ischemic injury. Its mechanism may be related to the balance of vasomotor function and anti-lipid peroxidation.
