为优化学生的学习过程,提高教学质量,本文提出并阐述了提高教学质量的三个主要因素:教学过程、学习环境和激励机制。其中,教学过程对提高教学质量的影响尤为重要,深入阐述了教学过程需要完成“教-学-思-做-结”五个环节。教学过程、学习环境和激励机制这三个因素相辅相成,相互影响、相互促进。要使环境育人、激励育人更加完善,教学育人过程更加科学,这是全面提高教学质量的关键。
In order to optimize the students’ learning process and improve their teaching quality, this paper presents and expounds three main factors to improve the teaching quality: teaching process, learning environment and incentive mechanism. Among them, the teaching process to improve the quality of teaching is particularly important, in-depth elaboration of the teaching process needs to be completed, “teaching - learning - thinking - doing - knot” five links. The three elements of the teaching process, the learning environment and the incentive mechanism complement and interact with each other and promote each other. To make the environment educate, inspire and educate people more perfect, teaching and educating process more scientific, which is to improve the quality of teaching the key.
