随着劳动关系相关知识的普及,不少劳动者对于婚假、产假等常见假期的权利认定有所了解,但对一些相对非常见的假期的薪资标准认定却了解不多。让我们来看看,都有哪些“不常见”的假期及其职工应享受的权利。探亲假根据国务院《关于职工探亲待遇的规定》,职工在规定的探亲假期和路程假期内,按照本人的标准工资发工资。只有在国家机关、人民团体和全民所有制企业、事业单位工作满一年的固定职工才可享受探亲假,私企、外企等性质的企业没有被包含其中。
