为了探索熔剂性球团生产的可能性,在重钢现有原料条件下,以生石灰作熔剂,进行了碱度为0.5的熔剂性球团的实验室研究、投笼试验和工业试验。此次试验虽未完全达到预期目标,但其结果可为今后的进一步研究和生产提供依据。
In order to explore the possibility of producing flux pellets, laboratory tests of flux pellets with basicity of 0.5 were carried out under the conditions of existing raw materials of heavy steel with lime as a flux. The cage test and the industrial test were conducted. Although the test did not fully meet the expected goals, the results could provide the basis for further research and production in the future.
