各类肌肉发达的练习方式约有数百种。按照身体各部位可分为下列四类动作: (1)发达全身肌肉群的练习方式约有25种。常用的练习方式有高翻、直腿翻、借力推,高抓、硬拉、胯下硬拉等。 (2)发达上肢肌肉群的练习方式约上百种。常用的练习方式有各式推举、各式卧推、各式飞鸟,各式上举、各式弯举、台式屈伸等。
There are hundreds of different types of muscular exercises.
