目的:探讨蟾酥注射液治疗Lewis肺癌小鼠的作用机理。方法:60只荷瘤C57BL/6小鼠,30只为一单元,其中一单元随机分为3组。给小鼠腹腔注射药物:蟾酥注射液组(治疗1组)、环磷酰胺组(治疗2组)和生理盐水组(对照组),每组10只。全部组隔5天注射1次,共给药3次。另一单元30只以相同方法分成3组,注射药物后仅记录生存时间。结果:实验后小鼠体重治疗1组与治疗2组、对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。CD3、CD8治疗1组、治疗2组与对照组比较,CD4治疗1组与治疗2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗1组生存期最长,与治疗2组、对照组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:蟾酥注射液对Lewis肺癌小鼠能够提高免疫功能,其对免疫功能的影响,主要是通过提高CD3、CD4,降低CD8,与环磷酰胺相比效果更优,并且蟾酥注射液可以延长荷瘤小鼠的生存期。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of action of Chansu injection in mice with Lewis lung cancer. Methods: Sixty C57BL / 6 mice bearing tumor were randomly divided into three groups. The mice were given intraperitoneal injection of drugs: Chansu injection group (treatment group 1), cyclophosphamide group (treatment group 2) and saline group (control group), 10 in each group. All groups were injected once every 5 days for a total of 3 times. The other 30 cells were divided into 3 groups in the same way. Only the survival time was recorded after injecting the drug. Results: After the experiment, there was significant difference between the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2 and the control group (P <0.05). CD3, CD8 treatment group 1, treatment group 2 compared with the control group, CD4 treatment group 1 and treatment group 2, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Treatment group 1 had the longest survival time, compared with treatment group 2 and control group, the difference was significant or very significant (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Chansu injection can improve immune function in mice with Lewis lung cancer, and its effect on immune function is better than that of cyclophosphamide by increasing CD3, CD4 and decreasing CD8, and toad injection can extend the immune function Mice survival period.
