为了探索锈色粒肩天牛Apriona swainsoni(Hope)成虫期利用高效低毒的生物药剂防治技术,使用梯度浓度的印楝素制剂处理国槐当年生嫩枝,供锈色粒肩天牛成虫补充营养时取食,以研究其对锈色粒肩天牛成虫胃毒、拒食、产卵量及卵孵化率的影响。结果表明,不同浓度印楝素药液对锈色粒肩天牛均具有一定的生物活性。0.3%印楝素乳油300倍、400倍、500倍、600倍及700倍液处理后第6d时,成虫的死亡率分别达97.6%,86.0%,73.8%,50.0%和36.1%;拒食作用也比较明显,300倍、400倍液处理的拒食率达到了94.87%和90.22%,取食量显著低于对照,500倍、600倍及700倍液处理的拒食率分别为61.28%、41.54%和37.00%;不同浓度药液均使成虫产卵量、卵的孵化率显著低于对照。表明在锈色粒肩天牛成虫期,在其寄主国槐枝条上喷洒300倍或400倍印楝素乳油能有效防治该天牛成虫。
In order to explore the biological control of Apriona swainsoni (Hope) in the adult stage of Agrobacterium tumefaciens, we used the gradient concentration of Azadirachtin Nutritional feeding, in order to study its effects on stomach poisoning, antifeedant, fecundity and egg hatching rate of the rust-shaped shoulder-shaped Beauveria. The results showed that azadirachtin solution of different concentrations had certain biological activity to Scirpus brasiliensis. The mortalities of adult adults reached 97.6%, 86.0%, 73.8%, 50.0% and 36.1% respectively at 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700 times of 0.3% azadirachtin The antifeedant rates of treatments of 400 times and 400 times were 94.87% and 90.22%, respectively. The rates of antifeedant feeding were significantly lower than those of control, 500 times, 600 times and 700 times respectively. The antifeeding rates were 61.28% and 41.54% And 37.00%, respectively. The oviposition rate and egg hatching rate of adults were all significantly lower than those of the control. The results showed that in the adult stage of Scirpus septempunctata, spraying the 300 times or 400 times azadirachtin EC on its host locust could effectively control the adult cow.
