本文建立了具有一定几何形状和转动惯量的、在挠性线(滑)膛炮管内运动的六自由度的弹丸普遍动力学模型。模型包括:弹丸自转、质量偏心、动不平衡、弹膛界面摩擦、弹带的弹(塑)性变形、前定心部与弹壁的碰撞和摩擦、气体压力、身管的变形和振动。由此模型建立了弹丸运动微分方程.求得了弹丸在膛内运动的解析公式。由它对HP-23mm航炮系统进行了计算,得出了一些初步结论.它对弹丸起始扰动的分析计算,有一定的理论和实用价值。
In this paper, a six-degree-of-freedom projectile general dynamics model with a certain geometry and moment of inertia for moving in a flexible line (slide) rifled barrel has been established. The model includes projectile rotation, mass eccentricity, dynamic imbalance, muzzle friction at the muzzle, elastic deformation of the elastic band, collision and friction between the front centering portion and the elastic wall, gas pressure, deformation and vibration of the barrel. From this model, the differential equation of projectile movement is established, and the analytical formula of projectile movement in the bore is obtained. From the calculation of HP-23mm gun system, some preliminary conclusions are obtained, which have certain theoretical and practical value for the analysis and calculation of initial perturbation of projectile.
