目的研究养阴降糖片对糖尿病模型大鼠血糖的影响。方法建立四氧嘧啶致糖尿病大鼠模型,将大鼠随机分为5组(n= 10),分别用高、中、低剂量养阴降糖片和0.9%氯化钠溶液(0.1ml/10g体重)灌胃14d。14d后测定正常大鼠的血糖水平,并在相应时间测定四氧嘧啶致糖尿病大鼠模型空腹血糖(FBG)、药后2h血糖(2hBG)、胰岛素水平,同时对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病大鼠进行胰腺病理组织学检查。结果养阴降糖片对正常大鼠血糖水平无影响,能够显著降低四氧嘧啶模型大鼠空腹血糖(与模型组比较降糖率可达25.11%,P<0.05~0.01)和药后2hBG(P<0.05),明显提高胰岛素水平(P<0.05~0.01)。结论养阴降糖片对四氧嘧啶引起的高血糖有显著的降血糖作用。
Objective To study the effect of Yangyin Jiangtang Tablet on blood glucose in diabetic model rats. METHODS: A rat model of alloxan-induced diabetes was established. Rats were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 10) and treated with high-, medium-, and low-dose Yangyin Jiangtang tablets and 0.9% sodium chloride solution (0.1ml/10g). Body weight) gavage 14d.
