在基本假定的基础上,分析了再生混凝土梁正截面开裂弯矩理论计算模式。进行了27根再生混凝土梁和3根普通混凝土梁的正截面开裂弯矩试验。试验表明,相同条件下再生混凝土梁开裂弯矩比普通混凝土梁的小25%左右。根据试验结果分析了混凝土强度和纵筋配筋率对再生混凝土梁开裂弯矩的影响,回归出再生混凝土梁正截面抵抗矩塑性系数,从而建立了再生混凝土梁正截面开裂弯矩计算公式。应用其他研究者的试验结果对该公式进行了验证,结果表明,建立的再生混凝土梁正截面开裂弯矩计算公式具有较好的适用性。
Based on the basic assumptions, the theoretical calculation mode of bending moment of normal section of recycled concrete beam is analyzed. The normal section cracking moment test of 27 recycled concrete beams and 3 ordinary concrete beams was carried out. Tests show that under the same conditions, the bending moment of recycled concrete beam is about 25% smaller than ordinary concrete beams. Based on the test results, the influence of concrete strength and reinforcement ratio on the cracking moment of recycled concrete beam is analyzed, and the normalized moment of plastic coefficient of recycled concrete beam is regressed. The formula for calculating normal section cracking moment of recycled concrete beam is established. The results of other researchers test the results of the validation, the results show that the established recycled concrete beam bending moment of normal section formula has good applicability.
