最近在前納粹奧斯威辛集中营的旧址中发掘出一本日記。这位沒有署名、无人知悉的日記主人記述了在罗茲犹太人区的犹太人的悲剧,并引用了旧約中象征犹太人殉难的詩句“……你虽在血中,仍可成活。”(以西结第十六章第六节)华沙犹太人的起义,又給这句引文补充了一句:“前来掠夺屠杀的敌人将会知道,他这样做,只会为他所犯的罪丧失自己的生命和洒他自己的鮮血。”
A diary was recently excavated from the site of the former Nazi Auschwitz concentration camp. The unsigned, unnamed diary master chronicles the Jewish tragedy in the Jewish quarter of Lodz and cites the verses in the Old Testament, which symbolize the martyrdom of the Jews “... you may survive in the blood.” (Ezekiel Chapter 16, verse 6) Warsaw Jews’ uprising added the sentence: “The enemy who came to plunder a massacre will know that doing so will only cost his life and sprinkle for the sin he has committed His own blood. ”
