进行了4 mm厚的铝/钢CMT搭接焊,研究了焊接工艺参数对焊缝成形及接头组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:合适的焊接工艺可得到力学性能较好的焊接接头;焊接接头在焊趾处会形成富锌区,富锌区主要由Al-Fe-Zn三元化合物和铝锌α固溶体组成。
A 4 mm thick aluminum / steel CMT lap joint was made and the effects of welding parameters on the formation of weld and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint were studied. The results show that the proper welding process can obtain the welded joint with good mechanical properties. The welded joint will form the zinc-rich zone at the weld toe. The zinc-rich zone is mainly composed of Al-Fe-Zn ternary compound and Al-Zn α solid solution.
