A 横板正手平挡弧圈球正手平挡弧圈球是防守弧圈球的基础技术。平挡弧圈球的动作幅度较小,具有很高的稳定性。在高水平运动员的对抗中,使用正手平挡弧圈球的几率很小,因为这样的防守方式速度慢,缺乏攻击性。而在业余选手中,平挡弧圈球是最容易掌握的一项防弧圈球技术。组图 A 中可以看出,正手平挡弧圈球时,上半身前倾,身体几乎平行于球台端线,身体重心相对较低,手臂的位置相对较高(图1);击球前,右肩略微下沉,手臂随腰部的转动向后引拍,但引拍幅度很小,身体重心放于右腿(图2-3);触球时,要保证在身前击球,手臂和手腕相对稳定,用球拍拍面正对来球(图4),腰部顺势自右向左转动,用身体顶住来球(图5)。
