本文对高温作业工人几种水溶性维生素的代谢情况进行研究。VB_1、VB_2、VC由汗、尿中丢失量分别占摄入量的22.11%,26.77%和6.21%。由汗丢失的VB_1、VB_2分别是尿的1.4倍和1.8倍,是高温作业工人的主要丢失途径。汗中VB_1、VB_2、VC的浓度分别为0.059±0.037μg/ml,0.049±0.023μg/ml,0.390±0.211μg/ml。汗中水溶性维生素的浓度可能受机体营养水平的影响。本文结果可为高温作业工人维生素的补充提供理论依据。
This article studies the metabolism of several water-soluble vitamins in high-temperature workers. VB_1, VB_2, VC from sweat, urine loss accounted for 22.11%, 26.77% and 6.21% of the intake respectively. VB_1 and VB_2 lost by Khan are respectively 1.4 times and 1.8 times of urine, which are the main ways to lose workers in high temperature. The concentrations of VB_1, VB_2 and VC in Khan were 0.059 ± 0.037μg / ml, 0.049 ± 0.023μg / ml and 0.390 ± 0.211μg / ml, respectively. Khan’s concentration of water-soluble vitamins may be affected by the body’s nutritional level. The results of this paper can provide theoretical basis for vitamin supplements for high temperature workers.
