目的:对食品中磷酸盐的测定方法进行完善。方法:基于GB/T5009.87-2003第三法食品中磷酸盐的测定。在30℃水浴中放置30 min后比色,标准系列提高10倍。结果:方法完善后,其标准系列线性良好,磷酸盐浓度在0.4~4 mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,相关系数r=0.9996,回归方程y=0.00122x-0.0019。结论:方法显色稳定,有较好的精密度和准确度,达到检测要求。
Objective: To perfect the determination of phosphate in food. Method: Based on GB / T5009.87-2003 third method determination of phosphate in food. After 30 min in a 30 ° C water bath, the colorimetric standard was improved by a factor of 10. Results: After the method was perfect, the standard series was good and the Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0.4-4 mg / L phosphate concentration. The correlation coefficient was 0.9996 and the regression equation was y = 0.00122x-0.0019. Conclusion: The method is stable in color, has better precision and accuracy, and meets the testing requirements.
