目的:用高效液相色谱法测定茴三硫片剂中茴三硫的含量。方法:色谱柱为ODS C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(90:10);流速1.0ml·min~(-1);检测波长为346 nm;柱温为35℃。结果:茴三硫的保留时间为3.5 min;茴三硫在4.12~20.60μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 6(n=5);样品加样回收率为99.90%,RSD为1.11%。结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于茴三硫片的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of anetholysine in anetholing tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: The chromatographic column was ODS C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (90:10). The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1. The detection wavelength was 346 nm The column temperature was 35 ℃. Results: The retention time of anisodithioic acid was 3.5 min, and the linear relationship was found between the concentrations of anethol and sulfur in the range of 4.12-20.60μg · ml -1, r = 0.999 6 (n = 5). The recovery rate of sample was 99.90%, RSD 1.11%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of anisodithioate tablets.
