高桩码头面层混凝土裂缝是码头工程的质量通病,严重影响着码头的整体观感及结构耐久性,必须有针对性地对裂缝形态及成因进行研究,并采取有效的控制措施。文章以江苏沿江港口某高桩墩台式码头工程面层混凝土施工为例,分析码头面层结构各类混凝土裂缝的形态特征及分布情况,分析各类裂缝的成因。结合码头的具体施工工艺提出了针对高桩墩台式码头面层混凝土裂缝的综合控制措施。
The concrete cracks in the surface of the piled wharf are the common faults of the wharf project, which seriously affect the overall perception and the durability of the wharf. Therefore, it is necessary to study the fracture shape and its causes in a targeted manner and take effective control measures. Taking the concrete construction of the surface pier of a high pier in Jiangsu Yanjiang Port as an example, the paper analyzes the morphological characteristics and distribution of all types of concrete cracks in the pier surface structure and analyzes the causes of various types of cracks. Combined with the specific construction technology of the pier, a comprehensive control measure is put forward to deal with the concrete cracks in the surface pier of the high pier.
