新课程标准下要求教师要以学生为主体,把课堂还给学生,组织学生自主合作学习,鼓励学生积极大胆展示。但实际情况却不是这样,有时教师千方百计地激励学生,学生却总是不肯举手回答问题,令老师无计可施,有时深感无奈,教学水平难以发挥,高校课堂就更无从谈起了。学生在课堂上不主动发言的原因大体上有四种类型:不敢发言、不能发言、不愿发言、不屑发言。帮助学生克服胆怯心理,培养他们的自信,这就要求教师运用多种教学策略和方法,为他们多创
The new curriculum standards require teachers to students as the main body, the class back to students, students organize independent cooperative learning, to encourage students to demonstrate bold and positive. However, the actual situation is not the case. Sometimes, teachers do everything possible to motivate students. However, students always refuse to raise their hands to answer questions. As a result, teachers can not do anything at all. Sometimes they feel helpless and the teaching level is hard to play. There are basically four types of reasons why students do not take the initiative to speak in class: not speaking, not speaking, reluctant to speak, dismissive speech.
