研究超干处理对芹菜种子活力的影响,为芹菜种子的贮藏提供理论基础。采用硅胶干燥法将洋葱种子的水分(6.8%)分别降低到4.5%、3.7%、2.6%、2.1%,测量不同水分条件下的发芽率、活力、电导率。当芹菜种子的含水量降低至3.7%时,种子的活力保持较高水平;结果表明芹菜种子的超干处理能有效的提高种子的活力,延长种子的贮藏时间,含水量3.7%是芹菜种子发芽率和活力的转折点。
The effect of ultra-dry treatment on the vitality of celery seeds was studied to provide the theoretical basis for the storage of celery seeds. The water content (6.8%) of onion seeds was reduced to 4.5%, 3.7%, 2.6% and 2.1% by silica gel drying method respectively. The germination rate, vitality and conductivity under different water conditions were measured. When the moisture content of celery seeds decreased to 3.7%, the vitality of the seeds maintained a high level; the results showed that the ultra-dry treatment of celery seeds can effectively improve the seed vigor and prolong the storage time of the seeds, and the water content of 3.7% is the germination of celery seeds Rate and vitality turning point.
