报道了一种低玻璃化转变温度掺杂有机聚合物体系中的光折变效应。研究了PVK-C60薄膜的光电导特性,测量了PVK-硝基偶氮苯的电光系数。在PVK-C60-硝基偶氮苯-邻苯二甲酸二丁胸(DBP)厚膜中实现了光学简并四波混频和两束耦合,在较低的场强下(16.4V/um),获得高达1.5%的四波混频衍射效率。实验表明了DBP增塑剂的引入有效地增加了取向对光折变效应的贡献.提高了材料的光折变性能。
The photorefractive effect of a low glass transition temperature doped organic polymer system is reported. The photoconductivity of PVK-C60 film was studied and the electro-optic coefficient of PVK-nitroazobenzene was measured. An optical degenerate four-wave mixing and two-beam coupling were achieved in the PVK-C60-nitrozobenzene-DBP thick film at low field strengths of 16.4 V / um), up to 1.5% of the four-wave mixing diffraction efficiency. Experiments show that the introduction of DBP plasticizer effectively increases the contribution of orientation to photorefractive effect. Improve the photorefractive properties of the material.
