用膜蒸馏处理含有无机盐的溶液时 ,膜表面会出现盐结晶 ,从而影响膜蒸馏传递过程降低膜渗透通量。本实验研究了无机盐所形成的膜污染对膜渗透通量的影响 ,在无机盐浓度较低时 ,膜污染很小 ;当溶液盐浓度很高时 ,对于NaCl溶液而言达到 2 5 %左右时 ,膜污染急速产生 ,认为改善流体流态可以有效防止膜污染的出现
When the solution containing inorganic salts is treated by membrane distillation, the salt crystals appear on the surface of the membrane, thereby affecting the membrane distillation process to reduce the flux of the membrane. In this experiment, the influence of membrane fouling formed by inorganic salts on membrane permeate flux was studied. When the concentration of inorganic salts was low, membrane fouling was very small. When the salt concentration was high, it reached about 25% for NaCl solution When membrane fouling occurs rapidly, it is considered that the improvement of the fluid flow state can effectively prevent the appearance of membrane fouling
