目的:研究荷叶总黄酮对实验性2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠血糖、血脂和胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)和高能量饲料诱导T2DM大鼠模型,以荷叶总黄酮低、中、高剂量持续给药30?d后测空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、胰岛素(Ins)的含量及口服糖耐量实验。结果:荷叶总黄酮可显著降低T2DM模型大鼠的FBG、HbAlc、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及糖耐量实验(OGTT)中糖负荷后120?min血糖水平,显著升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和Ins、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)水平。结论:荷叶总黄酮能有效地降低T2DM模型大鼠的血糖,增加胰岛素敏感性,纠正脂代谢紊乱,调节血脂。
Objective: To study the effects of lotus leaf flavonoids on blood glucose, blood lipid and insulin sensitivity in experimental type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats. Methods: T2DM rat model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) and high-energy diet. The fasting blood glucose (FBG), total cholesterol Glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc), Insulin content and oral glucose tolerance test. Results: Total flavonoids in lotus leaf could significantly decrease the FBG, HbAlc, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) and glucose tolerance test (OGTT) min blood glucose levels, significantly increased high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and Ins, insulin sensitivity index (ISI) levels. Conclusion: Total lotus leaf flavonoids can effectively reduce blood glucose in T2DM rats, increase insulin sensitivity, correct lipid metabolism and regulate blood lipid.
