应用环丙沙星注射液治疗慢性肺病(COPD)下呼吸道感染22例,与用丁胺卡那霉素静滴治疗20例作对照。结果:环丙沙星组有效率95.5％,丁胺卡那霉素组80.0％,两组差异极显著(P<0.01)。
22 cases of chronic respiratory disease (COPD) lower respiratory tract infection were treated with ciprofloxacin injection, compared with 20 cases treated with intravenous infusion of amikacin. Results: The effective rate was 95.5% in ciprofloxacin group and 80.0% in amikacin group, the difference was significant (P <0.01).
