介绍一种电动自行车控制器。电动车动力部分主要由蓄电池和电动机组成。电动机则采用直流无刷电动机,其转子用电子换向替代了机械换向,转子在不同位置时,应导通的开关管是不同的,所以直流无刷电动机必须和控制器配合使用。论述了无传感器直流无刷电动机运行原理及控制器的工作原理,结合控制器原理图着重分析了电动机的起动过程。经实际使用,该控制器安全可靠,抗干扰能力强。
An electric bicycle controller is introduced. Electric vehicle power mainly by the battery and motor components.
