文章针对开发基于工业PC的国产高性能运动控制器,提出了采用ISP技术和双端RAM实现软件升级硬件和双CPU间高速数据交换。该系统结构解决了传统运动控制器执行速度慢,体积大、结构固定,硬件无法实现升级;用户的动态变量无法在线下载的缺点;从开发过程和使用效果来看:该设计有效缩短了开发周期,提高了数控系统硬件的质量,提出了运动控制器的新概念,运行结果表明系统完全达到了设计要求。
In order to develop home-made high-performance motion controller based on industrial PC, this paper proposes a high-speed data exchange between hardware and dual CPU using ISP technology and double-end RAM. The system structure solves the disadvantages of traditional motion controller such as slow execution speed, large volume, fixed structure and hardware failure to be upgraded; the dynamic variable of the user can not be downloaded online; from the perspective of the development process and the use effect, the design effectively shortens the development cycle , Raised the quality of the numerical control system hardware, put forward the new concept of the motion controller, the operation result indicated that the system completely met the design request.
