以宁夏不同产区甘草及种植土壤为试材,采用原子吸收法和原子荧光法,测定分析了甘草中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜等5种重金属元素含量,分析了重金属残留特征及污染风险。结果表明:在甘草中5种重金属均有不同程度的检出,但含量很低,其中Cd与Cu含量之间呈极显著相关关系,土壤中Cu含量与Pb、As、Cd含量之间存在极显著或显著相关关系,As和Pb、Cd含量之间存在极显著或显著相关关系;甘草和土壤之间Cu含量呈显著相关性。采用单项污染指数法和综合污染指数法对甘草重金属污染风险进行评价,得出宁夏产甘草无污染。
The contents of five heavy metal elements, including lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury and copper, in licorice root were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry.
