针对天津钢铁集团有限公司120t复吹转炉,通过水力学物理模拟对转炉底吹供气进行了优化研究,寻求合理的底吹供气模式并进行生产实践。结果表明:转炉底吹对转炉熔池搅拌有很大的影响,喷嘴数目增加,熔池混匀时间有减小的趋势,与喷嘴流量均分模式相比,流量直线模式和“V”型模式混匀时间都得到改善,直线模式更有利于熔池的搅拌;优化后转炉冶炼有较大幅度的改善,转炉终点命中率提高,碳氧积更稳定,达到了强化转炉冶炼的目的。
Aiming at the 120t compound blowing converter of Tianjin Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd., the bottom blowing gas supply was optimized by hydraulics physics simulation, and a reasonable bottom blowing gas supply mode was put forward and the production practice was carried out. The results show that the bottom blowing of the converter has a great influence on the stirring of the converter pool. The number of nozzles increases and the mixing time of the melting pool tends to decrease. Compared with the equalization mode of the nozzle, the flow linear mode and the “V” Type mixing time are improved, straight line mode is more conducive to mixing pool; optimized smelting converter has a more substantial improvement, the end of the converter hit rate increased, more stable oxygen and carbon products, has reached the purpose of strengthening the converter smelting.
