对已入编《中国稻种资源目录》和国家种质库的贵州地方品种1362份和育成品种19份进行了碾磨、营养和理化品质指标分析。结果表明,贵州丰富的稻种资源中品质差异大,但蕴藏着极为珍贵的优异种质。有理化品质且综合性状较好的品种,亦有高蛋白质含量和高赖氨酸含量的品种。相关分析表明:碾磨、营养及理化三项品质性状相关不显著;而糙米率与精米率、粗蛋白含量与赖氨酸含量、直链淀粉含量与胶稠度之间呈显著相关。品质性状间的独立遗传属性为品质育种中亲本选择与利用提供了理论依据。
A total of 1362 Guizhou landraces and 19 bred cultivars were collected from the Catalog of Rice Germplasm Resources in China and the National Germplasm Bank, and their milling, nutrition and physical and chemical quality indices were analyzed. The results showed that there are great differences in the quality of Guizhou’s abundant rice germplasm resources, but it contains extremely valuable and excellent germplasms. Physiochemical and comprehensive varieties of better varieties, but also high protein content and high lysine content of varieties. Correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between milling, nutrition and physico-chemical properties. There was a significant correlation between brown rice rate and milled rice rate, crude protein content and lysine content, amylose content and gel consistency. The independent genetic attributes of quality traits provide the theoretical basis for selection and utilization of parents in quality breeding.
