通过对汽车机盖包边工艺分析,介绍了一种带旋转压合机构的汽车机盖包边工艺方案,以及汽车机盖包边模结构设计。重点描述了机盖包边模结构、旋转压合机构及工作原理,实现了压合镶块沿压合包边面法向压合的目的。保证了包边后型面陡峭区域棱线顺畅,各个制件搭接间隙均匀,表面质量与包边外板单件表面质量一致。解决了由于包边部位压合过程中产生平行包边面方向的分力作用在外观棱线及压合包边关联部位的外表面,导致制件变形,从而提高制件的压合质量。经生产实际证明,该机盖包边工艺方案及旋转压合机构设计可提升产品外观质量及生产效率。
Based on the analysis of the car cover edging process, a car capping process with a rotary press-fitting mechanism is introduced, and the capping die structure design of the car cover is introduced. The paper mainly describes the structure of the cap package, the rotary press-fit mechanism and the working principle, and realizes the purpose of press-fitting the block along the normal direction of the package face. After the edge of the package to ensure that the edge of the steep ridge smooth, each piece lap uniform gap, the surface quality and the quality of the cladding surface of a single piece of the same. The invention solves the problem that the component parts are deformed due to the component force in the direction parallel to the cladding surface during the pressing process of the cladding part and the outer surface of the relevant parts of the cladding edge which are pressed together to improve the quality of the pressing. The actual production proved that the cover edging process program and the design of rotating lamination institutions to improve product quality and appearance of the production efficiency.
