根据企业对软件测试人才培养的要求,针对软件测试行业的特点,以软件测试紧缺人才培养为突破口,分析企业的用人要求,研究完善软件测试能力培养体系的方法,探索软件测试人才能力培养的有效方法。在此基础上,积极开展软件测试人才能力培养的相关实践活动,如建立软件测试人才能力培养的新模式等。
