分析某汽车覆盖件的结构特点和冲压工艺性,并根据实际生产经验、条件制定多步成形工艺方案。运用AUTOFORM对覆盖件的多步成形过程进行模拟,得到板料多步成形后的成形极限图(FLD)、成形性云图和减薄率云图,模拟结果良好。对覆盖件进行试冲试验,得到冲压质量合格的产品。模拟和试验结果表明,该多步成形工艺方案可行,有限元模拟软件AUTOFORM可以有效指导冲压成形工艺的制定。
Analysis of the structural characteristics of a car cover parts and stamping process, and according to the actual production experience, conditions for the development of multi-step forming process. The multi-step forming process of the blanket was simulated by AUTOFORM. The forming limit (FLD), formability cloud and thinning rate cloud images of multi-step forming were obtained. The simulation results were good. Blank test on the cover to obtain stamping quality products. Simulation and experimental results show that the multi-step forming process is feasible and the finite element simulation software AUTOFORM can effectively guide the development of the stamping process.
