我院根据上海中医学院编著的《中药临床手册》中记载的“外治支气管炎膏”一方加减,配制成“支气管炎药贴丸”,供临床穴位药贴使用,以适应四季治疗慢性支气管炎。本方法旨在通过穴位的调节作用,增强抗病能力,达到扶正祛邪的目的。近期疗效虽不显著,但远期疗效方面则比较可靠,是一种治本疗法。选用穴位,有两组,一为强壮保健穴(如大椎、肺俞、膏盲、三星),一为治标的对症穴位(如定喘、丰隆、天突等)。一般药贴10～24hr,任其发泡化脓,达到如同斑痕灸的目的。经过7～10月份5000余人次的治疗,初步认为对小儿支气管
