对贮藏1、2、3年的蚕豆种子进行了48、96小时的老化处理,相继测定了各种理种子的标准发芽率、电导率、活力指数、田间出苗率和株高等质量指标,并做了室内质量与田间表现的相关性分析。结果表明:批间发芽率在老化48小时差异不显著而老化96小时差异极显著(P<0.01);种批间的电导率、活力指数在老化48与96小时后均差异极显著(P<0.01)。老化前和老化48小时种批的田间质量表现无显著差异,而老化96小时,种批间的出苗率、株高皆为差异极显著(P<0.01);室内与田间表现的相关性分析结果表明:田间出苗率、株高与室内电导率相关性最强,与活力指数相关性次之,而与发芽率相关性最差。贮藏种子质量自第三年开始下降。
The broad bean seeds stored for 1, 2, and 3 years were aged for 48,96 hours. The standard germination rate, conductivity, vitality index, seedling emergence rate and plant height of various seeds were successively measured, Correlation analysis of indoor quality and field performance. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the germination rate between the batches at 48 hours of aging and the 96 hours of aging (P <0.01). The differences of conductivity and vigor index between batches were significant at 48 and 96 hours after aging P <0.01). The correlation between indoor and field performance The results showed that there was the highest correlation between emergence rate, plant height and indoor conductivity, and the correlation with the vitality index, but the correlation with the germination rate. The quality of stored seeds has been declining since the third year.
