一、预制伸缝版体的提出武汉市过去对水泥混凝土路面的接缝都是采用纯沥青、沥青砂浆、软质木材、沥青玛(王帝)脂等等作为填缝材料。但因气温变化和多年行车的作用,使填缝材料挤出、流失、老化、脆裂而引起混凝土板体边缘和角隅的破坏。造成这些破坏现象的原因是多方面的,有因为填缝材料的本身不合要求而造成(配合比不当,技术指标控制不严);有因为在灌缝施工中,清缝、烘干、炒拌混合料、抽拆模板、混凝土养生等繁复的施工工序中,不能保证质量而造成。针对这些存在的问题,为了改善灌缝工作而提出了采用预制板体做伸缝。它具有下面的优点:首先,预制板体可在工厂预先加工制成,保证了产品质量。
