介绍了SIR滤波器的设计方法,并基于此方法设计了一种具有高带外抑制性能的小型化带状线带通滤波器。该滤波器采用微带到带状线的平面过渡结构,介质板两侧以及微带线到带状线过渡处的过孔可以减小电磁波的辐射。HFSS电磁仿真软件展示了滤波器的优化过程。设计的滤波器采用PCB工艺加工试制,实物测量与仿真结果较好地吻合,在上下边带表现出良好的带外抑制特性。
The design method of SIR filter is introduced. Based on this method, a miniaturized stripline bandpass filter with high out-of-band rejection is designed. The filter uses a microstrip to stripline planar transition structure, the dielectric plate on both sides and the microstrip line to the stripline transition at the vias can reduce the electromagnetic radiation. HFSS electromagnetic simulation software shows the filter optimization process. The design of the filter PCB process trial production, physical measurement and simulation results are in good agreement, in the upper and lower sideband showed good out of band rejection.
