2002年11月,笔都应邀参加在德国吉森市(Giessen)举办的“丝绸之路——中国福建艺术家邀请展”,并展出了笔者近期《蝴蝶系列》和《蚂蚁系列》(见图1)等作品。在为期一个月的活动中,笔者与德国雕塑家进行了广泛的交流,期间,还考察了德国、法国、荷兰、比利时等国的雕塑现状,并对城市公共雕塑做了重点的系统研究。 In November 2002, Pen was invited to attend the “Silk Road - Invitational Exhibition of Chinese Artists in Fujian Province” held in Giessen, Germany, and exhibited the author’s recent “Butterfly Series” and “Ant Series” (see Figure 1 ) And other works. During the one-month event, the author conducted extensive exchanges with German sculptors. In the meantime, he also examined the status quo of sculptures in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and other countries and made systematic studies on urban public sculptures.
