目的研究一元液体二氧化氯消毒剂的消毒性能。方法采用理化分析试验和悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该消毒剂进行了实验室观察,并进行了模拟现场和现场消毒试验。结果该一元液体二氧化氯消毒剂平均含量为664 mg/L,54℃储存14 d,其二氧化氯下降率为1.08%。用含二氧化氯49.6 mg/L对悬液内大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min,平均杀灭对数值大于5.00。用含二氧化氯66 mg/L的消毒液,以8 ml/m3用量进行气溶胶喷雾消毒作用15 min,对汽雾室内人工污染的白色葡萄球菌的平均杀灭率达到99.90%以上;用相同浓度和用量对现场办公室内进行气溶胶喷雾消毒,作用30 min对室内空气中自然菌的的平均杀灭率为98.62%。结论该一元液体制剂二氧化氯消毒剂性能稳定,杀菌作用快速有效,空气消毒效果好。
Objective To study the disinfection performance of a one-liquid chlorine dioxide disinfectant. Methods The physical and chemical analysis test and the quantitative disinfection test method of the suspension were used to observe the disinfectant in the laboratory and to simulate the field and field disinfection experiments. Aerosol spray disinfection with 8 ml / m3 disinfectant containing 66 mg / L chlorine dioxide for 15 min resulted in an average killing rate of 99.90% on artificial contaminated Staphylococcus aureus inside the chamber; Concentration and dosage of aerosol spray disinfection of the field office, the role of 30 min on indoor air natural bacteria kill rate was 98.62%. Conclusion The single liquid chlorine dioxide disinfectant has stable performance, quick and effective bactericidal effect and good air disinfection effect.
