目的通过分析北京市丰台区二价脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗(bOPV)损耗系数,了解其损耗程度,为科学制定疫苗使用计划,规范疫苗管理提供依据。方法根据统一设计的《丰台区二价脊灰疫苗接种情况日报表》,收集丰台区所有接种单位2016年5月9-27日bOPV接种情况和使用情况。结果丰台区共67家儿童预防接种门诊开展b OPV接种。5月9-27日,b OPV损耗系数为2.10。村属社区站/部队属门诊(2.27)、行业门诊(2.22)和卫生和计划生育委员会直属门诊(1.98)损耗系数之间的差异有统计学意义。达标门诊(2.24)与规范化门诊(2.04)损耗系数之间差异有统计学意义。日均接种量<10人次损耗系数(2.39)高于10~20人次(2.12)和>20人次损耗系数(1.75),差异有统计学意义。损耗系数在每人一个滴管与无污染的情况下不更换滴管之间差异有统计学意义。损耗系数在冷藏保存30 min废弃和当日持续使用之间差异有统计学意义。结论丰台区bOPV损耗率高。为降低损耗,各接种单位应规范使用滴管和剩余疫苗,安排集中接种,减少疫苗开启数量。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the loss of bivalent poliovirus attenuated live vaccine (bOPV) in Fengtai District of Beijing to understand the extent of its depletion and to provide a basis for scientifically formulating vaccine use plan and regulating vaccine administration. Methods According to the unified design of “daily report of bivalent poliovirus vaccination in Fengtai District”, all inoculation units of Fengtai District were collected from May 9 to 27, 2016. The situation and usage of bOPV vaccination were collected. Results A total of 67 children vaccination clinics in Fengtai district were vaccinated with b OPV. May 9-27, b OPV loss factor of 2.10. There was a statistically significant difference between the loss factors of village community stations / military outpatient clinics (2.27), outpatient clinics (2.22) and out-patient clinics directly under the Health and Family Planning Commission (1.98). There was a significant difference in the loss coefficient between the standard clinic (2.24) and the standardized clinic (2.04). The daily average inoculum size <10 person loss coefficient (2.39) was higher than that of 10 ~ 20 person (2.12) and> 20 person loss coefficient (1.75), the difference was statistically significant. The loss factor was statistically different between one dropper per person and no dropper replacement without contamination. The loss coefficient was significantly different between the 30 min refrigerated storage and the continuous use on the same day. Conclusion Fengtai district bOPV loss rate is high. To reduce the loss, the vaccination unit should regulate the use of dropper and the remaining vaccine, arrange for centralized vaccination, reduce the number of vaccine to open.
