目的探讨清热解毒中药对老龄小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用微孔板培养同位素掺入法、夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法、依赖细胞株法，分别检测用药后小鼠淋巴细胞转化率、ＩＬ－１、ＩＬ－２水平。结果该药在一定剂量范围内增强淋巴细胞转化率，使小鼠脾细胞产生ＩＬ－１α、ＩＬ－１β的量增加。结论清热解毒中药对老龄小鼠免疫功能具有多方面的调节作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of Qingrejiedu medicine on immune function of aged mice. Methods Microplate culture isotope incorporation method, sandwich ELISA method and cell-dependent strain method were used to detect the lymphocyte transformation rate, IL-1 and IL-2 levels in mice after administration. Results The drug increased the lymphocyte transformation rate within a certain dose range, and increased the production of IL-1α and IL-1β in mouse spleen cells. Conclusion Qingrejiedu herbs have many regulatory effects on the immune function of aged mice.
